Meet Bryon Schiffres who is a 3 year old from Bristol.
Jan. 9, 2009 changed Bryon’s and his family’s life forever. An MRI showed a tumor that appeared to be a third of his total brain mass. On Jan. 12th he underwent neurosurgery to remove a portion of the mass. This was the beginning of many surgeries and intense chemotherapy to come. It has been a long battle for Bryon and his family ever since.
All the proceeds of this race will go to the family to help with the medical expenses.

Course! It's pretty flat with a slight incline in the first half.
Exiting the parking lot you will go across Mix St. to take a left onto Maltby St. Then you will go left onto Stafford Ave, then left onto Stevens St., left onto Jerome Ave then left onto Mix St., then into the parking lot of Dennis N. Malone Aquatic Center. All runners and walkers will be encouraged to stay on sidewalks at all times.
